SHIPPING/HANDLING/PACKING

 

It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the pick up/shipping/handling/packaging/insurance of purchased item(s).

 

If the buyer chooses to have a third party (i.e. shipper, person other than buyer) pick up his/her purchased item(s), the buyer must send an email to WR Auction Gallery Inc., which clearly states that the buyer is authorizing the third party to pick up those item(s).

 

Whether the buyer decides to pick up the purchased item(s) directly from the premises of WR Auction Gallery Inc. or whether the buyer arranges for a third party (i.e. shipper or person other than the buyer) to pick up the item(s), WR Auction Gallery Inc. will not be responsible for item(s) that have left its premises.

 

Shippers assume all responsibility for the purchaser's item(s) that have left the premises of WR Auction Gallery Inc.

 

WR Auction Gallery Inc. may recommend shippers and/or truckers to its buyers but WR Auction Gallery Inc. is not responsible for the actions of those shippers and/or truckers and WR Auction Gallery Inc. does not provide warranties or guarantees of any kind for those shippers and/or truckers.

 

Certain item(s) may not be shipped interstate or internationally because of the materials that the item(s) are made out of. It is the buyer's responsibility to research and be aware of all pertinent laws before bidding on an item.
